ETS Proficiency Profile

The ETS Proficiency Profile (formerly named the Measure of Academic Proficiency and Progress or MAPP) measures academic skills developed in general education courses. It assesses proficiency in critical thinking, reading, writing and mathematics in the context of humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. More information regarding the test can be found at ETS .

Missouri S&T undergraduate students who have completed 45-75 credit hours are scheduled to take the ETS Proficiency Profile test in the Fall and Spring semesters. Students MUST register online for the exam due to limited space. You may register online by clicking here. Registration closes September 6, 2009.  Approximately 2.5 hours should be allotted for the test. If you need assistance or have questions on registration, you can email assess@mst.edu, call 341-4954, or stop by G5B CSF (Campus Support Facility).
