Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI)

The Student Satisfaction Inventory measures student satisfaction and priorities, showing how satisfied students are as well as what issues are important to them. It covers the following areas:

  • Academic Advising Effectiveness
  • Campus Climate
  • Campus Life
  • Campus Services
  • Instructional Effectiveness
  • Recruitment and Financial Aid
  • Registration Effectiveness
  • Safety and Security
  • Student Centeredness

Missouri S&T started administering the SSI in Spring 2008, and will administer the survey every two to three years. All students are scheduled to complete the SSI. The results of the SSI are used to improve the quality of student life and learning. More information regarding SSI can be found at Noel-Levitz website.
